Hi friends, I’m Amber —

The Heart Behind

The Charcuterie Chics!

Where Creativity &
Charcuterie Collide

After almost 20 years working in my family’s business, I felt God calling me to something new — something creative, joyful, and full of flavor. That’s how The Charcuterie Chics came to life.

I’ve always loved hosting, decorating, and finding ways to make people feel special. Turning that love into a mobile charcuterie cart business where I get to design custom charcuterie boards and to-go boxes felt like a dream come true. My goal is simple: to bring people together over food that’s beautiful, delicious, and made with intention.

The Story Behind the Name

The name The Charcuterie Chics actually started as a family nickname. My niece has always called me “Chick,” and when I started brainstorming names, that little detail stuck. I wanted something that felt personal, memorable, and full of personality — and this just felt right.

Rooted in Faith, Family, and Flavor

I grew up watching my grandparents build one of the largest demolition companies in the country, and I learned early what it means to work hard, stay humble, and put God first.

That foundation is at the heart of everything I do with The Charcuterie Chics. Every order — big or small — is a reflection of that faith and work ethic. I want each client to feel cared for, happy, and confident they made the right choice when they invite us to be part of their event.

“I put God first in everything I do. My prayer is that every detail — from how the food looks to how guests feel — reflects that love and purpose.”

Amber McGee

Owner, Founder

When I’m not styling a cart or curating a board, you can probably find me on the pickleball court, traveling with my family, or just enjoying life at home with my husband (my high school sweetheart!), our two boys, Peyton and Cooper, and our two dogs, Scout and Wrigley.

I love connecting with people, dreaming up new ideas, and seeing those ideas come to life in ways that make others smile.
